Spacedrums Honored at World Famous Rainbow Club in Hollywood

Los Angeles, California- Live trance band, “Spacedrums” was honored at the world famous Sunset Strip rock-n-roll haunt, Rainbow Bar & Grill with a platinum record style award presentation and induction  into the Rainbow’s own Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, celebrating Spacedrum’s worldwide digital sales of  their self titled debut CD. While this may seem commonplace for Hollywood Celebrities, it marks a sign of the times for the state of the music industry being that Spacedrums is an independent musical group. Digital music portals such as Apple’s I-Tunes and the now legalized Napster are leading the pack of literally dozens of online retail music outlets that are giving independent bands like Spacedrums global reach without the major label budgets. ” We signed up for several reputable digital “record label” type services, like INgrooves, CD Baby and I-Tunes, who then make our music available to customers all over the world and can purchase a download or a physical record online.
